THE STAFF

VICKIE CHANDLER Vickie is the longest working member of our team, and is responsible for all of the business aspects of the dental practice. She is the bookkeeper, managing accounts receivable and payable. Vickie has a warm smile and a very caring personality which we feel is a great asset to our office. Vickie has three daughters and a son. Her oldest daughter is a hospital employee while her middle daughter served a brief stint in the military and now resides in North Carolina pursuing her career as a certified nursing assistant. Her youngest is matriculating at Jacksonville State University pursuing a career in the nursing profession as well. Her son is pursuing a career in the medical field as a doctorExtracurricular activities include traveling, gardening, photography and motorcycling.

TRACY CUMMING is our phlebotomist. She is a double duty single parent with one son, Jeremy. She has been with our office for one year on May 2008. She also works at Huntsville Hospital as a laboratory assistant and has been with them for 10 dutiful years. Tracy is a very happy, cheerful, caring person and is instantly loved by every patient who comes in contact with her. Her hobbies are collecting butterflies, i.e. explaining her pet name Ms. Butterfly; loves candles and is handy at creating craft art pieces.

CRYSTAL GENTLE joins our practice as a certified Dental Assistant April 2008. Crystal graduated from Northeast Alabama Community College with a degree in Dental Assisting in 2007. Crystal comes to us with yet another helpful skill as she is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. She is married to Ben Gentle and they have one son, David. We are proud to announce a new addition to the Gentle familia, baby girl Caramia Luisa, born January 15, 2010.

ASHLEY RODGER is our part-time high school employee filling in when needed. Ashley will graduate from Hazel Green High School in 2009. She aspires to be a radiologist and has recently been chosen to take a position through her Tech. School training program to work with an MD Radiologist assisting with research. The Smile Factory is only her 2nd job held in her young career and she has done a fantastic job. Ashley is very mature and extremely responsible. She loves working and helping people and is always happy. She attends Madison County Career Technical Center studying early childhood education. She is on the A-B Honor Roll, and, we LOVE her. DYANSI WARD-MAYERS Works as a dental assistant in our office. Mrs. Ward is originally from the beautiful country of Costa Rica where she obtained her dental training. She is very knowledgeable of the travel industry since she worked in a travel agency while living in Costa Rica. Dyansi also co-owned a child care facility shortly after moving to the States where she taught small children Spanish. Dyansi speaks fluent Spanish as it is her first language. Mrs. Ward is married and has a small child. She shares our philosophy that health begins in your mouth. She is a very pleasant person who enjoys going to the beach, biking and loves the summer season. 2008 - Dyansi is no longer actively working at the clinic but still assists us from home with translation and communication with our Spanish speaking patients as she is bilingual. She now is home raising her and her husband's two beautiful children.

TEQUILA CAMPBELL is our newest member of the team coming to the office as a licensed certified dental hygienist. Being a native of Huntsville, AL. she comes with 9 years of experience in the dental profession and is extremely committed to adding some very special skills to the office. Tequila has two children, a son, and daughter, who are both still in elementary and high school. Her hobbies include traveling, sports, (i.e. football and little league baseball), and family movie nights.

Jennifer Verbosh Pierron has rejoined our practice. She comes back with a new status of marriage to Khalid Pierron. She is expecting (February 1, 2010) her first child (son, Tristan) and also has a 3 year old stepson, Sam Pierron. Jennifer currently works as Front Office Specialist, but, has 6 years experience as Dental Assistant. Jennifer also maintains an Associates Degree as a Certified Nurse Practitioner and with this training worked briefly at Magnolia Trace Nursing Home.
